Meet Our Head Parkour Coach

After retiring from competitive gymnastics in 2015, our Head Coach found a new passion in parkour — both as an athlete and coach. Having coached Parkour since 2022, they’ve worked with athletes as young as 3-years-old, helping them build skills, confidence, and a love for movement. With competition experience in the skill category, they bring both technical knowledge and real-world experience to every class. Their favourite part? Building strong relationships with athletes and watching their confidence grow with every new skill.
