Recreational Classes

 Trial class available for $10 upon request where there are spots.

Learn the Olympic sport of Trampoline from our certified trampoline coaches by joining one of our Recreational Trampoline Classes. You can sign up for a one hour class, once a week, for a 10 week session. If we are part way through a session, and there are still open spots, you can easily jump right in for a 10 week session. Classes accommodate beginner to advanced students. Adults and families are welcome to join as well. (20 levels with ribbons.)

Ages: 5 and up.
10 week session: $199.
+Yearly Gymnastics Ontario Membership Fee $28.32, which is valid until July 1st of every year.

*Make-up trampoline classes must be done within the 10 week session; however, we can’t guarantee that make-up times will be available due to full class times, and only 1 make-up per session will be accommodated.
*Please call ahead if you know you’re not attending a class or to check availability of a possible make-up class.

Adult Classes

Treadmill? Boring!
If you’re looking for a fun new way to get a great workout, try one of our adult trampoline classes. Trampoline works every muscle in your body at the same time, and even the ones you never knew you had. It’s so good in fact, that you can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour. Trampoline classes are excellent for detoxifying and draining lymph, increasing agility, coordination, stamina, flexibility, reflexes, mental focus, cardio, core strength, and much more. This 1 hour class has a fun and social atmosphere. Learn skills at your own pace with our certified trampoline instructors.

Freestyle Classes

Perfect for skiers, snow / wake boarders and those wanting to take trampoline to a new exciting level. Learn and practice moves on Olympic trampolines and get taught by Trampoline & Air Sense certified coaches. 

Learn everything from basic to advanced moves such as: corks, rodeos, flat spins & doubles of all kinds. We are the only ones in the KW region to offer these classes.

5 week session: $148.17 + yearly GO membership of $32.

Tots' Options (ages 2-5)

For parents that have children ages 2-5. A parent must accompany the child during the class, and may also jump and learn how to trampoline. However, if the parent also wants to jump, an additional jumper will be charged for.

10 week session: $199 and can be accommodated during any recreational class. +Yearly Gymnastics Ontario Membership required by both parent and child $28.32 each, which is valid until July 1st every year.

Class Times: During any scheduled class.

Parent & Tots - Daytime Class (New)

Do you know a child that does not like to jump? We don't either! Playing and jumping on a trampoline is a fun way to direct the unlimited energy and drive a child needs to grow. A soft toy monkey which wraps around the child is given to each child so they can associate going trampolining with playing with their monkey. 

This class is for children aged 2.5 to 5-years-old for 5 weeks, and one parent or caretaker is required to accompany the the child. The class runs on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am. Cost is $60 for the parent & tot plus a one time Gymnastics Ontario annual membership fee of $32 for the child. A drop in class is $15. Daytime Adult Aerobics Class

Runs every Monday and Wednesday at 10am. Cost is $60 for a 5 week session + annual GO membership of $32. Or join a single class for $15. Free babysitting is available onsite by Grand Adventure Children's Place (if more than one child each additional child is $5 / hr). Special Needs Classes

45 minute class, once a week on Sunday mornings, for a 12 week session. Classes run all year. The maximum amount of students is 6 per class (as opposed to our usual 12) as this guarantees each student their own trampoline. We have a seasoned coach who specializes in and loves working with our special needs’ participants.

12 week session: $135 

+Yearly Gymnastics Ontario (GO) Membership $28.32. The GO fee is valid until July 1st every year.

* Students must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver to look after them while they jump on the trampolines.
*Special doctor’s permission form is required for all Downs Syndrome participants.
*Siblings of the students are not permitted to jump during the class unless there is a trampoline available. At this time, the $10 open jumping fee will apply.
*There will be no extensions on the 12 week sessions and no make-ups are offered for the special needs’ classes.
*Children who are not special needs, are not permitted to register in this class.
*Special Needs cannot be accommodated during Open Jumping unless they are able to share their trampoline with other people. The regular Open Jumping fee will apply at this time.
*Payment in full must be received on or before the first day of your 12 week session.

Private Lessons

We now offer privates or semi-privates (up to 2 people max) during our non-core operating hours only. The cost is $69 / hour, and you must arrange with us for timing & pay in advance. If you would like to do a semi-private, it’s your responsibility to get the participants.

To make Airborne as safe as possible, special rules have been developed to prevent possible injury.

1.Obey the coaches at all times.
2.Only one person at a time on a trampoline. (We take turns)
3.No flips without the coaches permission. (Flips include anything going over your head)
4.Do not jump off of a trampoline onto any other surface or onto another trampoline. (You must stop jumping and step off)
5.Control before height. (Crash prevention)
6.No foreign objects allowed on the trampolines. (No balls, toys, water bottles, shoes, books, etc.)
